DIVORCE IS GRANTED TO LOCAL SOLDIERCharles K. Ramsburg. formerly of this city and now in Army service. and Chester F. McKenzie, this city, were granted absolute divorces in Equity Court by decrees filed Monday.Associate Judge Patrick M. Schnauffer signed a decree granting McKenzie a divorce from Mrs. Ruth F. McKenzie, also of Frederick. The plaintiff was directed to pay the costs. He was represented by Alton Y. Bennett and E. Austin James was attorney for Mrs. McKenzie.Chief Judge Edward S. Dela-plaine signed a decree divorcing Ramsburg from Mrs. Marguerite Ramsburg, 10 North Bentz street. The plaintiff was ordered to pay court costs. W. Jerome Offutt was attorney for the plaintiff .and E, Austin James was attorney for Mrs. Ramsburg.
