i Mrs. Jennie Cole, of Buck Creek, lias brought suit for maintenance and suit money against Clyde B. Cole. ! They reside at Buck Creek where Mr. Cole is employed as night operator for the Inter-State traction company. She alleges he abandoned her August 16, 1925, and then brought suit for divorce. They have one child and 'she asks $10 a week for herself and■the child and $50 suit money.• • •
