Harry L. Bone by his attorney, Rn. 3. Taneyhill, has filed his petition to the Common Pleas Court asking that he be granted a decree of divotce, from his wife, Rosetta P. Bone. The paries were married Feb. 26, 1903, in Wheeling, W. Va. For cause of ac tion the plaintiff charges the defend ant with gross neglect of duty and ex treme cruelty. CHARGED WITH NEGLECT. Fred Eichenbarger was arrested this morning on complaint of his wife, who charged him with neglect and re fusing to provide clothing and food for their infant child. Upon arraign ment in ‘Squire Ateherley’s court the defendant applied for a continuance of the case, and thereupon he was requir ed to give bond in the sum of $100 for his appearance in court on September sth.
