D 1851, the said complainant, by Dillon Bridges. Esrj., filed hero, in the clerk’s office of said county, his certain bill herein, and also the affidavit of a disinterested person, stating that said defendant is not at this time a resident of the State of Indiana: Therefore, notice is hereby given the said Harriet Dcrmint of the institution and pendency of this suit,| and that, unless she be and appear here, either by herself or counsel, on or before the calling of said cause at the next term of said court, to be holden at the court house in Madison on the second Monday in September next enter nppear-1 ance herein, and plead, answer, or demur to said bill, the 6ame and the matters and things therein contained will be taken as confessed by her, and heard and determined in her rbscnce.
