A suit for divorce was filed at the clerk's office this morning in which I Helen Irene Bond is plaintiff against Frank Bond I he petition states that the couple were married in Burlington June 6th, 1929, and separated Dec, 24, 1930 The plaintiff charges cruel and inhuman treatment and infidelity, and asks in the petition that she b° restored to her maiden name cf Helen Irene Mc~ Ltlgh Lin.
