To Set Aside a Signature.Mrs. Jane Lamb filed suit to-day against Josiab Lamb. Mrs. Lamb alleges that at the time of their marriage, Josiah, by fraudulent and unlawful means procured her signature to a document in which #she was to surrender all claim to his estate. She therefore prays the court to set aside the said signature because it was illegal.
