Jana Lamb has brought suit in the circuit court, by Jewett Jewett, her attorneys, to set aside the marriage contract made between herself and Josiah Lamb prior to their marriage in 1884, alleging that she was ignorant an unadvis* ed of the nature of said contract, which bare her from interest .in her hnsband’a estate, and alleging that ehe had been decieved by said Josiah Lamb into signing said contract The complaint aW legee fraud as well as deception and asks the court to set aside eaid contract and declare it null and void. There is a suit for divorce and alimony, brought by Mrs Lamb, pending between the par* ties
