Anna Heiser Says Ezra HasBeen a Habitual Drunk-* • - *»4• I:!■ ard and Unkind.• fci^Vynn, Heiser has filed a divorce complaint in the superior court against Heiser and charges that for two yera prior to their separation on the 14th of last January he was a habitual drunkard. She further charges that he has been guilty of cruel and inhuman treatment of her, cursing and swearing at her, calling her vile and abusive names in the presence of others, greatly. to her shame and embarrassment, and that he frequently told her to leave him, that he could have a better home without her. She asks Jfl.OUO alimony and the custody of throe minor children. They were married in 181)2. The defendant was a saloonist at Poe, in the southern part of the county, and wap some time ago refused a renewal of-’his license by the county commissioners.
