me supreme court.WANTS HER ALIMONY.Henrietta Lindekugel sues Frederick Lindekugel and his brothers Otto, August and Frnest Lindekugel and George Korch-ner, August Meyer, Henry Meyer, Henry Albert and a man named Brough of Hal-lam to secure some alimony which the court decreed to be due from Frederick Lindekugel.On March 20 she relates that she secured an order from the court compelling her husband to pay her an attorney’s fee of $100 and temporary alimony to the amount of $30 a month during the pendency of her divorce suit. On April 2 she secured a decree giving her $2,260 alimony. She relates that she issued an execution and sold one house and lot belonging* to her husband, getting $270 thereby. Another execution was issued and returned unsatisfied. She then relates that when she married her husband she put $1,000 of her own property in his hands. She and her husband owned a farm in Gage county, which he sold for $4,500 cash. This sum •he loaned to the defendants in the present suit. She alleges that the notes have all been transferred lt;to his sons to escape payment of the alimony due her.
