To Ralph Hicks, Defendant:— You are hereby notified that the petition of the Plaintiff in the above entitled cause is now on file in the office of the Clerk of the District Court of the State of Iowa, in and for Fremont County, claiming of you a divorce from the bonds of matrimony on the grounds of cruel and inhuman treatment, and asking for the custody of the three minor children. (For full particulars see petetion now on file.)And unless you appear hereto and defend before noon of the second day of the next term, being the September term of said Court, which will commence at Sidney, in said County, on the 23rd. day of September, 1919, default will be entered against you and judgment and decree rendered thereon as provided by law.Dated this 19th. day of August, 1919.R.
