Mother of Pair Charges CrueltyCharging extreme cruelty and wilful neglect, Mrs. Helen Lorene Wark had filed divorce suit In districtcourt today against Donald A, Wark, Twin Falls, now an auditor for the state liquor commission,The couple married Jan. 24, 1934, at Pocatello, Mrs. Wark asks custody of their two daughters, three and six years old; requests equitable share of the community property, which includes a Baldwin grand piano in storage at Logan, Utah; and requests $20 per month support money fox each of the two children.Earl E. Walker is counsel for the wife.
