Wife Seeks Decree; Names a DivorceeFairbank Cavenaugh, an official of the Illinois Commercial Men's Association, was sued for separate maintenance yesterday in the Circuit Court by Mrs. Nellie F. Cavenaugh, 4628 Malden street. The bill charges desertion and infidelity, and names 1 Mrs. Ella Lass, a divorcee. In the. Fall of 1914, Mrs. Cavenaugh alleges, her husband persuaded her to visit her mother in California.
