A. Carlisle. Presiding Judge, Mrs. Louise Runnels, Clerk,C. E. Kelley, Clerk.3 That said election shall be held under the provisions of Chapter 1, Title 22 of the RevisedCivil Statutes of Texas, 1925, as amended, and in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 163, Acts of the Regular Session of the Forty Second Legislature, as further modified by the provisions of Articles 1111-1118, both inclusive. Revised Civil Statutes of 1925, as amended. Only legally qualified electors w'ho own taxable property in the City and who have duly rendered the same for taxation shall be qualified to vote at said election.4. The ballots for said election shall have written or printedi thereon the following:PROPOSITION NO. 1‘FOR THE ISSUANCE OF WATERWORKS IMPROVEMENT AND EXTENSION REVENUE BONDS’ ‘AGAINST THE ISSUANCE OF WATERWORKS IMPROVEMENT AND EXTENSION REVENUE BONDS’PROPOSITION NO. 2 •FOR THE ISSUANCE OF SEWER IMPROVEMENT AND EXTENSION REVENUE BONDS’ ‘AGAINST THE ISSUANCE OF SEWER IMPROVEMENT AND EXTENSION REVENUE BONDS’ PROPOSITION NO. 3 •FOR THE ISSUANCE OF S T R E E T IMPROVEMENT BONDS’AGAINST THE ISSUANCE OFSTREET IMPROVEMENTBONDS’Each voter shall mark out withblack ink or black pencil one ofthe expressions on each proposition, thus leaving the other as indicating his vote on such proposition.5. A substantial copy of this resolution signed by the Mayor ofsaid City and attested by the City Secretary shall serve as proper notice of said election. Notice shall be given in accordance with Article 704. Revised Civil Statutes of 1925, as amended.
