Suit For Divorce.Anna P. Ileid, filed suit against John Heid, to whom she was married October 5, 1904. They lived together until August 14, when she was forced to leave him. The plaintiff charges him with cruel treatment. It is averred that on several occasions he iistruck and beat the plaintiff with his fists and has been convicted cf assault and battery. It is further alleged lie threatened to kill the plaintiff and to poison the children and burn their home. She is now living with her sister in Jeffeisonvillo township.The. plaintiff asked that a restraining order be issued to prevent him from going to their home and molesting her or any of her children. Judgment for alimony of $500.00 and $5 per week for her support is rsked in addition to a divorce. There are four children, Lorene, 11; Leona, 8; Charles, 5, and Clifford. 2. Sfte asks custody of them.
