MRS. RUTH P. BAIRDWOODLAND — Mrs. Ruth Baird. 56. of Woodland, died at 10:40 a. m. yesterday in Clearfield.A member of tbe Church of Christ in Woodland, she was formerly employed as a nurse's aide at Ctear Haven.Born in Woodland Sept. 26, 1914, a daughter of Arthur G. and Effie (Turner; Peters, she is survived by her mother, of Woodland: a step-daughter,Mrs. Hollis (Jean) Knepp of Bigler; a step-son. Jack Baird of Woodland: and these sisters: Sirs. Ida Coble. Phiiipsburg R. D.: Mrs. James (Mary) McBride and Mrs. Robert (Louise) Osewait. Clearfield R. D. 2. There are four step-grandchU-dren.She was preceded in death by her husband. Jans, her father and a sister.Funeral services will be held at 30:30 a. m. Thursday from the Bennett Funeral Home in Clearfield. Brothers Bo y d Yearick and Arthur Lcnhart will officiate and interment will be at Bradford Cemetery.Friends may call at the funeral home from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p. m. tomorrow and until the services on Thursday.
