—Ou Wednesday F. P. Heucb, as attorney in behalf of William H. Stong, brought suit against David Lynch, a prominent farmer of Madison township for damages in the sum of five thousand dollars for alieuatiug the afTectious of his wife, Nancy A. Stong. An injunction was also secured to restrain Mr. Lynch from disposing of bis property before the termination of the suit. Both parties are well known throughout this community and racy develope-meuts are anticipated.
