Divorce And SettlementNellie Hartley Dahn was awarded a $400 settlement Saturday when Judge G. K. Thompson granted her a divorce from Elmer H. Dahn. The defendant was allowed Mra. Dahn's share of title to the couple s home in Lisbon, however. In addition to the cash settlement he wa* asked to pay attorney* fees of $50 for the plaintiff. The judge restored Mr*. Dahn to her maiden name of Hartley. The couple was married Aug. 5, 1932. in Missouri. The suit was granted on the grounds of cruel and inhuman treatment.
