Charter against his wife, Harriet E. Charter, in an action for $2,000 dami’g. s f r alleged money advanced by the husband to his wife. At the time of the suit an injunction was also issued, restraining the wife from selling any prop rty.This suit was the sequel to the trial in the police court when the husband was arrested on the charge of breaking down a locked door at his wife’s home, he being refused admittance.This non suit will end the case unless a motion is made for a new trial by Attorney Merriman, counsel for Mr. Charter.
