Thompson Divorce Preliminary HeardJudge George Lilly held a preliminary hearing this week In a divorce action pending between Mrs. Merle H. Thompson and her husband, C. L. Thompson Jr., in which alimony is involved. Judg* Lilly issued an order that all properties in which Mr. Thompson is interested be held and subject to whatever action shall he later taken.It Involves part Interest In the property on the Monticello Hoad and the Thompson Iron Works. Titus, Altman and Johnson represented Mrs. Thompson. The restraining order is against C. L. Thompson, C. L. Thompson Jr. and Mrs. Buna Mable Thompson. W. W. Alexander and K. P. McCollum represent the Thompsons. A hearing has tnon set for Wednesday on the Injunction pleadings.
