CARRIE 0. GOODRICH, then of Boston in the County of Sufi oik, at the September Term, 1*74, held in said Boston, as appears by the record of this Honorable Court on the ground of desertion.And he prays that upon giving such notice as your Honors shall order, he he authorized to marry again.HORACE GOODRICH.* Stoneham, July 1st, 1S76.Commonwealth of* Massac 1msetts.Suffolk, ss. Supreme Judicial Court,April Term, 1876.On the foregoing petition it is ordered that the petitioner give notice to the said Carrie C. Goodrich to appear before the Justices of this Court, to be holden at Boston, within and for said County of Suttolk, on the first Monday of October next, by adjournment from the second Tuesday of September next, by serving her with an attested copy of said petition, and of this order thereon, fourteen days at least before saidtirst Monday of October next; also, that he give notice to all persons interested by pub]isuing the same once a week, three weeks successively, in the Boston Post, a newspaper printed in said Boston, the last publication to be thirty days at least before said first Monday of October next, that they may then and there show cause why the prayer of said petition should not be granted.Bv the Court.
