Judge Says Jones Must Answer His Wife's QuestionsMarin Superior Court Judge Thomas F. Keating ruled today that Preston Jones must answer questions of his wife’s attorney regarding his sex life in the past five years.The questions were in a deposition from Attorney Wallace S. Myers, representing Janet Jones of San Rafael in a divorce action that has continued for two vears.wThe judge ruled that answer-j I ing the questions would not incriminate Jones. Jones, a San I^eandro millionaire, had refused to answer under the provisions of the Fifth Amendment.Since adultry is not a crime, the judge said there would b? no incrimination.
