NEW SUITS FILED.THE NRWH BUREAU Jui«r. Ind.. Au*. 11Hells Huff through her attorney Bomar Traylor filed suit for divorce against Herbert Hoff. She charges that he deserted her on the 28th day of June, leaving her and their one year old ohild at the home of her father In Columbia Township. She states that he has refused to work and earn any support for hlmfelf and family and that of her and their child. They have one child, aged on? year and she asks for the care of ohild and Judgment for its maintenanco.
