Wife Seeks Decree.Neglect and cruelty are alleged as grounds for divorce in the petition filed by Mary Bacskay against Alex Bacskav. She averred they were married in 1919, and asked for the custody of three children. Bacskav was1 restrained from disposing of his property or coming to their home. The plaintiff requested temporary' and permanent alimony. E. Harold Hughes and Randolph Johnson are attorneys for Mrs. Bacskav.
