Samuel Shtto, a platform map in the employ of the Oakland Traction Company, ha* prison doors again staring him In the face for his failure to provide Jennie Sbatto with |8Q a month alimony as was ordered in the divorce decrae granted In the Superior Court last October, Shatto has been reluctant to provide the divorced wife with the necessities of life since she no longer dines at his tables. Last winter the grlpmau spent over a week in the county Jail as a warning to comply with the Court’s orders. He has since then been negligent and is said to he rriany months In debt. Judge Waste ordered him to appear before him on August 16th.Christina H, M. Hallgren brought suit f°r. divorce yesterday afternoon against Cart Hallgren on the grounds of desertion.
