i M'*andaid-LEGAL NOTICE.Jacob How laud, whose place of ! residence is unknown and when last heard of resided at St. Helena, Cedar county, Nebraska, and James Rowland. whose place of residence is unknown and when last heard of resided at Bellvuo, Colorado, will take notice that Carrie Rowland, as plaintiff,on the nth day of July, U*2 filed against them as defendants, in the Court of Common Pleas of Athens county. Ohio, a pet it ion praying for a divorce from the said Jacob Howland on the ground of extreme cruelty and gross neglect of duty, set up in said petition, and for alimony pendente lite and for permanent alimony, to )m* charged ujon the defendant's real estate consisting of almut twenty-three 23 acres of laud in Troy township, of Athena county, Ohio, and being the only land owned by said Jacob Rowland in said county of Athens, and fully described in said petition, to which reference is hereby made, and alleging that the said James Rowlai.d has a mortgage lien upon said real estate, and that he be required to answer or be debarred from setting up any title or claim thereto, and that said alimony be charged as a lien ou the real estate of the said Jacob Rowland, and that said cause will be for hearing 011 the third Saturday after the 28th dav of August, 1U02 at the next term of said court.Jewett Wood, Attorney* for Plaintiff.
