JAMES HAMMONDJames Allan Hammond, 68, of Princeton, died Monday at 8 a m. in a Princeton hospital following a long illness.Born in Pearisburg, Va., he was the son of the late William and Lucy Kanode Hammond and was employed as a nightwatch-man for S. S. Belcher Company in Princeton.Survivors include three daugh ters, Mrs. Carlene Aliff of Princeton, Mrs. Betty Warner of Chicago, III and Mrs. Peggy Ann Richards of Columbus, Ohio; two sisters, Mrs. Sam Berkheimer of York, Pa. and Mrs. R. W. Watford of Washington, D. C.; one brother, Sam Hammond of Norfolk, Va.; nine grandchildren and one greatgrandchild.The body remains at the Memorial Funeral Directory in Princeton pending completion of arrangements.
