Granted Divorce. — LeroyRobert Pont. 46. Council Bluffs, was granted a divorce from1 Pearl A. Pont, 39, Atlantic, in a decree entered in pottawattamie 1 county district court at Council. Bluffs by Judge Leroy Johnson. \ By stipulation, Mrs. Pont was ' given custody of their child, $50 ‘ a week for its support, house-1: hold goods in her possession and j $1,000 permanent alimony, payable at $70 monthly. Pont was awarded body, fender and carpenter tools and an automobile in the stipulation. The couple was married June 8, 1946, at Wichita, Kans.
