Pahey, of 202 aast Twenty-first street, this city, and Mrs. A. w. Pahey, will be heard cn. September 21, Judge Broomall has ruled; Mrs. Fahey is asking for the custody of her son, Edwarrl H. Pahey, Jr., according to Mathues Dougaerty, her attorney.Guiscppe Mattera, of 1125 West Second street, this city, wants the custody of his son, Michael, aged years, In his habeas corpus action against his divorced wife, Mary, filed by Attorney Guy G. deFuria. Mattera says that he ts paying $5 weekly for the support of his boy who has been placed by his mother with a Mrs. Barnhart, in Booth-wyu, and he is not permitted to sec the child. Judge Broomall has fixed September 21 for this hearing.
