Through her attorney, Byron Mouser, Mrs. Gertrude McLaughlin today filed suit for divorce from Thomas McLaughlin, alleging cruel treatment and failure to support. On an order of the court, one of their two children, their little son, John Edward, who has been in possession of his father the past few days, was returned to the charge of Mrs. McLaughlin. The complaint asks the custody of the two children, a boy and a girl and alimony in a sum not designated in the complaint. Attorney Emerson Lemen represents Mr. McLaughlin.
