WaiiUi to lie Fro*.A petition lor a divorce has been filed by Margaret Meloy praying for an annulment of the marriege contract, entered into by her and Philip Meloy Apr. 27tb, 1879. She states that from that date until Nov. Htb, 1891, they lived together as man and wife, but that on or about June 27th, 1891, her husband had so much to do with Mary Hampton, a woman residing in Grant County, Wisconsin, that he was convicted by a court in said county of the crime of adultery with said woman.Meloy is now serving a term at Waupun. Wis., for that offense.
