Morris.ORDER OF PUBLICATION.The object of thiH suit is to procure a divorce a vinculo mutriaiouii on behulf of the complainant, Ida It. Morris, from the defendant, William S. J. Morris. The bill states the parties were married on fifth dayof May, 1891, and that they lived togetheruntil October 16th, 11)10. That the defendant is a nou-resident of the State of Maryland, while the complainant is u resident and bus resided In the City of Baltimore, in the State c;f Maryland, for more than two years preceding the filing of her billof complaint. That six children were boruas the result tf said marriage anil that the complainant asks for the care und custody of the three infant children. That on October 10th, 1910, the said William 8. J. Morris, the defendant, without any Just muse or reason, abandoned and deserted his wife, the complainant herein; that said abandonment has continued uninterruptedly for at least three years, is deliberate and final, and the separation of the parties is beyond any reasonable expectation ofreconciliation.It is therefore ordered by the Circuit Court of Baltimore City, this 22nd day of April, 1919, that the complainant, by causing a copy of this order of publication to be inserted in s uae dally newspaper, published in the City of Baltimore, oriee ineach of four successive weeks before the22nd day of May, 1919, giving notice to the said absent defendant, William 8, J.
