May term. 1914.Bessie McGregor, plaintiff,vs.Bert McGregor, defendant.To Bert McGregor, defendant:You are hereby noil lied that there is now on file In the office of the clerk of the district court of the state of Iowa, In and for Black Hawk county, tlio petition of your wife, Bessie Mc.Grogor, claiming of you a divorce from the bonds of matrimony on the ground of such cruel and Inhuman treatment as to endanger the life of your said wife and also asking for tlio exclusive care, custody and control of Viola McGregor, being tho minor child of plaintiff and defendant. Plaintiff further asks for 1.100 as tomporary alimony and the further sum of 9500 and all household goods ns permanent alimony. Plaintiff further asks that a writ of attachment may issue without bond against the goods and chattels, rights! jp, and credits of the defendant. For j full particulars and statement of facts reference is hereby made to said petition which is now on file as aforesaid. And that unless you appear thereto and defend on or before noon of the second day of tlio May, 1914, term of said court., which will commence at. the court bouse In Waterloo.
