TWO DIVORCESAsked for by Men Whose Lives HaveBeen Made MiserableAttorney Frank Blackstone has Prepared the Papers—One of the Women lt;s Al-leged to be Very Intemperate,Attorney Frank Blackstone has pro-paml papers in two divorce suits. Thefirst is brought by William C. Boyce against his wife Lyda May Boyce. He alleges that they were married on thesecond day of July, lhsO, and lived together until the third day of April iss*4, when his wife deserted him. She refuses to return, and for that reason Mr.Boyce desires that the ties of wedlockbe broken. The second case is brought by Archibald Vankirk against his wife ! Margaret Vankirk. The couple weremarried on the 24th of October, 1M54. They lived together until the lith day of April, INWi, when by reason of her cruel and barbarous treatment, Mr. Vankirk alleges that his condition was made intolerable and life burdensome. He wastherefore compelled to leave his home! and seek quarters elsewhere. Mr. Vankirk alleges further that his wife is very fond of intoxicating drinks, and that she is drunk a greater part of her time. He says further that he believes her guilty of adultery with William Shell and divers other persons to him unknown. She also neglects her family i and household duties.
