Hudson filed in the Clerkâs office of the Court of Common Pleas in and for Van Wert County, Ohio. Her petition against him alleging, that on the 8tb day of November, A. D. 1877, shewaa married to the defendant and that defeuuant has been guilty of groaa negleot of duty, in this that Defendant has from the time of saia marriage to the filing of her petition has wholly failed and negleoted to provide for and maintain the plaintiff, and that he has whoilyabandoned thla plaintiff and refuse* to live with or oohab t with the plaintiff.The prayer of said petition is that plaintiff may be divorced from said defendant and for other relief.
