To said defendant, you are hereby notified that there is now on file in the office of the clerk of said court, a petition of the plaintiff in the above entitled action praying'said court for :ui order and decree granting her the absolute control of the minor following named, children to-wit: Annie Daniels, Emma Daniels, Willie Daniels and Jerome Daniels.
