Separation papers were given in the cases of Mabel Irene Rose vs. Raloh J. Rose. Thelma Freed vs. Don K. Freed and Bernice Loretta Scott vs. Francis Thomas Scott. In the latter case, the plaintiff was awarded restoration of her maiden name, Bernice Loretta Sense. Mrs. Rose wasawarded $9 a week for the support of her children.Marian O. Anderson is asking a divorce from Weldon O. Anderson, by her mother, Sadie Horton. The An-der.sons were married on July 17, 1935. and have no children. The plaintiff asks restoration of her maiden name, Marian Horton, and equitable relief. She charges extreme cruelty and grassneglect of duty.Again appearing for divorce is Charlotte Ashdown, of 221 Bradway street, Medina, from Silas Ashdown. Mrs. Ashdown had filed divorce papers in January of this year, but withdrew the case later the same month. She charges gross neglect of duty and extreme cruelty. The couple was married June 15, 1895, at West Fairleigh. Kent, England, and came to the United States in 1911. They have six children: Silas W.. Nellie Ashdown Fuller, Frank, Lawrence, Ivy A.
