J Judge A. S. Blair arrived this forenoon from Manchester to hold court. The ease of Uutay A. Parslmll vs. William Parohall. for divorce, is being heard. A’ number of witnesses are present and the ease will' be hard-fought on both sides, probably consuming all day tomorrow in its disposition. The Ev/o temporary injunctions- issued against. tlis defendant .to. prevent his entering oh the premises while the action for separation is pending have not becii .argued;. The plaintiff was on the stand most of the clay, ana her evidence, was listened to with unabated interest.. This is rather a peculiar case because of the allegations made in. the. petition for cHvbrcc. The grounds' upon which separation is a sKed arc cruelV and* inhumWyireatmeii.t. arid4 “nigging.”: ‘ That is; plaintiff - avers that her husband-has pursued a course of :fault-finding .wlii.ch: has nearly distracted her.
