State of Indiana, Warrick county, ss: In the circuit court of Warrick county, in the state of Indiana.Cameron C. Brenner.vs. Lula M. Brenner, No. 5799. complaint for divorce.Be it known, that on the 8th day of April. 1918, the above named plaintiff, by his attorneys, Hied in the office of the Clerk of the circuit court of Warrick county. In the state of Indiana, his complaint against the above named defend-, ant Lula M. Brenner, and the said plain-' tiff having also Hied in said Clerk’s office the affidavit of a competent person, showing that said defendant is not a resident of the State of Indiana, and whereas said plaintiff having by endorsement on said complaint required said defendant to appear in said court, and answer or demur thereto on the 10th day of June. 1918, Now, therefore, by order of said court, said defendant last above named is hereby notified of the filing and pendency of said complaint against her and that unless she appears and answers or demure thereto, at the calling of said cause on the 10th day of June. 1918. the same being the 19th judicial day of a term of said Court to be begun and held at the Court House in the City of Boonville.
