MIST PAY WIFE ALIMONY.Leonard Creager Ordered to Pay $80 iPer Month for Next Ten jMonths.Leonard Creager, who some time ago brought suit in common pleas court here for divorce from Lydia E. Creager, and who afterwards withdrew his petition, an action that was followed by his wife filing a petition asking for alimony, has been ordered by Judge Alexander to pay alimony as follows:Thirty dollars per month for ten months, the first payment to be made ! on June 25. After the ten months have expired Creager is to pay alimony to his wife at the rate of 125 per month 1 Mrs. Creager is awarded the custody I of their minor child, but Creager will be allowed to visit the child.
