Divorce.IN WARREN County Common Pleas, No. 58 December term, 1899.John D.Hafele libellant, vs. Francis Hafele respondent.To tbe above named respondent:Whereas, Subpoena and alias subpoena have been returned “Non est inventus” In this case, you are therefore hereby notified to be and appear in your proper person before the judges of said court at the court house in W arren borough, at a court of common pleas in and for said county, there to be held on the first Monday of June, 1900, being the fourth day, to answer the complaint of the 11* bellant.and show cause 11 any you have why a divorce from the bonds of matrimony should not be granted to the libellant, agreeably to the prayer of the petition or libel exhibited against you before the said court and the acts of Asembly made and provided.
