INDIAN IN TROUBLE ! FOR $20,000 ALIMONY if :— IOKLAHOMA CITY, Okla., April 25. (UP)—James C. Deal, wealthy Osage Indian, has been ordered to appear in court here Saturday to explain why he has not paid $20,-000 In alimony to his former wife, Velma Deal, and $2,500 attorney fees. Deal was divorced in 1927.Deal wan found in Kay county after a long search made by J. H. Harman, the girl’s attorney. She asked $50,000 alimony on cruelty and non-support allegations. This amount was reduced to $40,000 by district court judcres and was low- \ ered again to $20,000 by the supreme court.
