State of Indiana, Boone county, ss:In the circuit court of Boone county, in the state of Indiana. Albeit N. Crask vs. Amelia C. Crask. No. 4617. Complaint, For Divorce.Be it known, that on the 5tli day of April, 1912, the above name! plaintiff.1 by his attorney, tiled in the office of the clerk of the circuit court of Boone county, in the state of Indiana, his complaint against the above named defendant, Amelia C. Crask and the said plaintiff, having also tiled in said clerk’s office the affidavit of a competent person, showing that said defendant, to-wit: Amelia C. Crask, Is not a resident of the state of Indiana, and whereas said plaintiff, having by order of said court, required, said defendant to appear in said court, and answer of demur thereto on the 3rd day of June, 1912.Now, therefore, by order of said court, said defendant last above named Is hereby notified of the filing and pendency of said complaint against ner and that .unless she appear and answer or demur thereto, at the calling of said cause on the 3rd day of June, 1912, the same being the 55th Judicial day of a term of said court, to be begun and held at the court house in the city of Lebanon, Indiana, on the first Monday in April, 1912, said com-Blaint and the matters and things lerin contained and alleged, will be heard and determined in her absence.JAMES GARDNER,, April 11. 1»12.
