Bloomfield. — A divorce waa granted Mrs. Lucy I. Rogers against Noah F. Rogers, by Judge R. W. Smith in the local district court Tuesday, The court denied the cross petition filed by Rogers.Mrs. Rogers was ordered to pay her husband $100, which he i claimed had been money belonging to him and placed in Mrs. Rogers’ postal saving account.Both parties were ordered to pay their own witnesses’ fees and divide the rest of the costs of the! trial.Trial of the case was commenced last Thursday.
