EDWABDSVUiLE WOMANBUOtGHT SUIT FOR DIVORCEDivorce proceedings have been instigated in the circuit court by Mrs. Susie Evanko of Edwardsvllle, who seeks a legal separation from her husband John Evanko, now a resident of Glen Carbon. The allegation of extreme and repeated cruelty is made in tbe plaintiff's declaration.Taking cognizance of a petition in the declaration the court issued , an injunction restraining Evanko j from disposing of property during the pendency of the suit and from molesting his wife.According to the declaration the couple were married in Edwardsvliie April 27, 3 910. One child, Raymond Lloyd Evanko, now three yeprs old, was born of tbe union.Mrs. Evanko, in the declaration, | avers that her husband on divers days beat, struck, kicked and choked ! her. The allegation Is further made that he neglected to furnish proper and necessary clothing for his wifeiand their child.That Evanko on August IS, *10, and again on August 20, that year, threateneed to kill his wife, is another charge made in the petition for a divorce.
