The object of this suit is to procure a decree of divorce a vinculo matrimonii from the defend int by the plaiutiff.the bill of complaint states that the plaintiff and defendant were married in the latter part of December. lbtlt;4. and resided in Baltimore city from their said marriage until March 20th. Ih90. that the plaintiff nas ever since their marriage behaved himself as a faithful and affectionate husband toward the defendant, that the defendant on divers days, since November 1st. has committed thecrime of adultery with one Moreau F. Frush and others ut Baltimore city. That the plaintiff has not lived or cohabited with the defendant since lie discovered her said adulteries, and tiiat the deieudant has left the Sate of Maryland and her preseut whereabouts are to the plaintiff unknown.It is therefore ordered by the Court this 31st day of March, it90, that the plaintiff givenotice to the absent defendant of the substance and object of said bill, and warn herto appear in this Court on or before the -'Uih du of May, l#9u either in person, or by solicitor. and show cause, if any she has, why a decree should not be passed as prayvd, by causing a copy of this order to be published once a week, for four successive weeks, in some daily uewspaper published in Baltimore city.ou or before the 3d day of May. i89d.kANL.
