The object of this suit is to procure a decree of divorce a vinculo matrimonii from the defend int by the plaiutiff.the bill of complaint states that the plaintiff and defendant were married in the latter part of December. lbtlt;4. and resided in Baltimore city from their said marriage until March 20th. Ih90. that the plaintiff nas ever since their marriage behaved himself as a faithful and affectionate husband toward the defendant, that the defendant on divers days, since November 1st. has committed thecrime of adultery with one Moreau F. Frush and others ut Baltimore city.
