Harner recently. Against one of them cruel and inhuman treatment is charged and against the other various complaints are registered. The complainants are Mrs. Oecile Ruth Nalge and Mrs. Tena Richardson and the defendants are Farley F. Nagle and Sherman ly Richardson.Mrs. Nagle in her bill for separa-t tion states that they were married in ^Dos Moines, April 18, 1919, and that jthey lived together until August. 1919.*^ V The specific acts of cruelty charged I arc that the husband pushed and [i shoved the plaintiff, called her vile , ^ names, and stated that he did not care for her any longer. He is capable of earning $110 per month andthe plaintiff asks that sh * be grantedalimony of $50 per month for sup-| port of herself and their daughter, [Beatrice Ruth, aged 4 months,j Charges Desertion.Fherman Richardson who is the defendant in the other suit, is charged j hv his wife, Tena, with deserting liis family at different periods in their marital career which dates from June 25, 1887. He finally left her Augustlast, she states in her petition.*'Among the other charges made against him are that he has failed to support the family, that he has associated with girls considerably younger than himself, that he has committed adultery with one of these associates in a hostelry in Boone, that he has struck tho plaintiff forcibly and called her profane names.There are three children under age, George, Fvalena. and Gale, besides other children who have reamed their majority. The bill says thatthey own together lot 7 block 15which is worth $2,000 ami is mortgaged for $500. The petitioner asks that she be granted an absolute divorce and that the defendant bo restrained ftom bothering her. Proper alimony and tin' care and custody of the children are requested.Injunction Asked.County Attorney L V. Harpel has filed a petition for an injunction restraining Mike Knezevich from ‘‘carrying intoxicating liquor with intent to dispose of it unlawfully,'99 and from continuing hi this business, Knezevich was indicted by the grand juryrecently for hoot legging.Suit has been started by Dora Mcy cr asking that she be appointed guardian for Albert Meyer who her petition states, is of unsound mind due to a stroke of paralysis. He has persona! property worth $2000 and rental which brings in $3350 per year, fudge H. K.
