Mary L. LaValley vs. William LaValley is the title of a suit just begun in the Lorain county court for divorce, custody of child and alimony. The parties were married August 2, 1889, at Milan, 0. They have one child, Elwin aged 11. Mrs. LaValley charges her husband with cruelty and use of abusive language. September 27, 1900 he deserted her she says, and hag not been seen since.
