The big run of divorces which has been the feature of every term of court during the past year appears this term. There are an even dozen oases of divor-oe to be adjudicated at this court. Some of these eases of course are old oue* which have been . ooutinued from previous terms but there are a number of brand new suits. It is remarkable how many divorces have come up during the past four ooui ts that have been held iu Mills county. There have been an average of fourteen divorces for each of the four terms 1 Just think of it 50 divorce suits in the course of a year iu one county, and that, too, one of the small est counties in the state! To be sure some of these cases are repetitions, bav ing been oontinued from preceding term but there have been fully 40 separ ate and distinct instances of domestic iufehoity to be aired in court. The twelve that are up for a bearing at the present term are the following: Nellie Beeson vs George Beeson, Jacob Bare vs Florence Bare, Josiah Leak vs Emma Leak, Jan. W. Walker vs liilla Walker, Emma Foglesoug vs George Foglesoug, Milburn Houser vs Lydia Houser, Josephine Buckingham vs Sam’l Buckingham, Caroline Buckingham vs Jesse H. Buckingham, Sam’! Painter vs Nellie Painter, Mary Hamilton va Obas. Hamilton, Nora Boardman vs Edwin M. Boardman, Sarah J. Muuday va Riehard Munday.
