COURTHOUSE NEWSSuit Filed To RepoChris Pappas and Pauline Pappas of 1228 Greenwood avenue Thursday filed suit in Common Pleas Court against Robert E. Newman of 551 Carey street seeking a writ of possession of the Coney Island bar and restaurant they sold to Newman in 1962 under a land-contraet agreement.The plaintiffs seek judgment of $450 back rent they claimed is due them by the defendant and a temporary injunction to keep Newman from disposing of the R-5 liquor license.Divorce Cases Eleven divorces were granted Thursday in Common Pleas Court.
