wiwSuperior Court Not In Session Today—The superior court was not in ses-ion today as far as the trial of cases*(was concerned, although the grandjury was busy* both morning and ,af-’ * /ternoon. The last case to be tried yesterday was in connection with the appointment of an administrator. for' r «the Davis estate at Meigs.* Mr. Thos. K. Davis and his brother were con* testants. The jury was out all night and failed to agree on a verdict. It was stated that the poll stood eleven to one.Tomorrow the court will again be*’in session and several cased have been set tfor that time including the (divorce proceedings inaugurated by Mr. C. C. Cocroft against his wife, Mrs. Nellie Weldon Cocroft. Messrs. Craigmiles and C. E. Hay represent Mr. Cocroft and Messrs Titus and Dekle i*epresent Mrs. Cocroft in the j proceedings.
